Toledo filmmaker Tom Hofbauer is in the planning stages of a yet to be titled documentary that deals with medical, ethical and legal issues surrounding a rapist / murderer on death row in Ohio. He hopes to finish preliminary research in June of '06 and start shooting in July of '06.
